ProID Chip Cards
The ProID+ chip card is a versatile employee credential that provides secure physical access to buildings and restricted areas while enabling passwordless multi-factor authentication for operating systems and applications. It also supports secure remote access for hybrid and remote working, authentication for printers, scanners and other devices, and integrates seamlessly with existing attendance and meal management systems.
The ProID+Q chip card is equipped with a certified QSCD chip, enabling qualified electronic signatures in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation. Cryptographic keys are securely stored on the chip, cannot be exported, and remain under the sole control of the user.
ProID Mobile App
The ProID Mobile app transforms employees’ smartphones into a secure digital identity credential. Access to company premises, applications and sensitive data is protected using passwordless multi-factor authentication.
The application is intuitive to use and can be extended to support qualified electronic signatures and offline functionality. It can be deployed as a SaaS solution or installed on-premises using the ProID OnSite platform, making it suitable for both medium-sized businesses and large enterprises. The solution can operate independently or alongside other ProID products.
Management Modules

Multi-Factor Authentication

ProID supports multiple authentication methods, including push notifications, biometrics, PINs, one-time passwords and SMS verification, while using strong encryption based on proven cryptographic algorithms.

Electronic Signature and Seal
The ProID+Q chip card and the ProID Mobile and ProID OnSite applications enable qualified electronic signatures that comply with the eIDAS Regulation and are ready for immediate use after activation.
Whether signing a single document each month or thousands every day, all signatures are protected using advanced cryptographic algorithms that ensure compliance with the strictest European standards.
Using the ProID QSeal chip card with a qualified certificate, organisations can electronically seal up to 1,700 documents per hour. The certificate becomes active immediately once the USB token is connected to the organisation’s server.
